3 Collect & pay in store
Once you’ve arrived at the airport head to our in-store collection point where your order will be waiting for you. Payment is made at the time of picking up.

When do I pay for the items?
Payment takes place in store when picking up your order the day of your international flight.
What forms of payment do you accept in store?
We accept USD dollars, euros (except €5oo bills), Chilean pesos, American Express credit and debit cards, Mastercard, Visa.
What happens if my travel plans change?
We will keep your reservation ready until 24 hours after the departure of your flight. If you need to extend that period, please contact our Customer Service. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact our Customer Service.
How long before I travel can I place my order?
You can reserve between 30 days and 2 hours before the flight
