Exchanges and returns.

A receipt of purchase must be presented. In case of failure, the maximum period of claim is 2 months. The goods must be suitable for sale in their original packaging without any signs of damage, consumption or incorrect handling.

Their brochures, manuals of use and guarantee slips must be included. No return or exchanges are accepted for: Electronic devices with the original packaging unsealed, except in cases where they do not work correctly.

Expired items, except where the date of the receipt is after the product expiry date. Items with clear signs of having been incorrectly handled are not accepted. For reasons of hygiene, treatment and cosmetics products within broken original guarantee seals cannot be exchanged. Sale made according to Law 22.056. For any claim, it is mandatory to submit the purchasing receipt within 60 calendar days after the date of purchase. Changes are made on the same days and times in which the stores are open to the public for sales. At the time of change or return of non-perishable products, if there is a balance in favor of the consumer, the store is obliged to deliver a receipt that reflects the balance or cash equivalent, at the store option.
